Biographical Information:

I am a professional genealogist and an accredited member of AGI (Accredited Genealogists Ireland - formerly the Association of Professional Genealogists in Ireland). AGI is the accrediting body for genealogists throughout the island of Ireland. Membership is granted only after an applicant’s quality of work is approved by an independent Board of Assessors. In addition, my membership of AGI binds me to its Code of Practice.
I have been in genealogy professionally since 1979. I conduct genealogical research for individual clients, compile reports on searches, and occasionally write full family histories in book form. I also do external consultancy work, conduct courses on genealogy, and organise lecture programmes.
My other research interests are in local history and golf history.
