Previous years much the same as the last two.
In 1994 I began my book writing career (I'd been doing newspaper column up until then) during the bi-centennial of my Township. I never looked back, producing a new township history each year for the next six years. I then began researching other aspects of the history of the old county and publishing them in book form.
In between I researched my husband's Penrose Family, and my Mother's Torraville Family - producing a book for each family.
I branched out into my other interest, Gardening and the use of wild plants.
I am also an accredited speaker through Toastmasters International, and using these skills I take local history into the schools and other venues (international) as a master storyteller.
